We invite you to attend an event in the Charleston area that expresses our solidarity and support for the families of the victims and our beloved city.

1. Awakening III: Solstice

Saturday, June 20

4PM- 8PM

Dixie Furniture Warehouse

The public is invited to attend this event sponsored by Enough Pie to light a candle and speak words of hope and support. A moment of silence will be held at 7PM.

2) Chime for Charleston: Church Bells Ring for Charleston

Sunday, June 21


Various Churches throughout Charleston

Every church in Charleston will ring their church bells in support and solidarity. The public is invited to ring personal handbells outside of the participating churches. The City of Charleston extends this invitation to churches throughout the United States.

3) City of Charleston Prayer Service

Friday, June 19


College of Charleston, TD Arena

The public is invited to attend a prayer service. 

You may also provide financial support to the Mother Emmanuel Hope Fund which will provide funding to the families to pay for funeral services, counseling, and other needs as they cope with the tragedy.
